Dixie Classics
The Classic Festivals are premier events open to all performance groups. Referred to as Open Festivals, these events are designed to foster musical growth and provide an unmatched educational performance opportunity for any level group. There are no eligibility requirements for participation. Perform before a panel of distinguished adjudicators with a special private clinic held after your performance. Awards are presented in a non-competitive atmosphere where evaluations are based on a national rating standard of Superior, Excellent and Good.
Festivals at Sea
You can perform in our own Music Festival that we hold on board ship, which is the most highly respected music festival on the seas!! Our executive director, Commander Allen Beck (the former director of the Naval Band in Washington, DC) arranges for top-notch adjudicators from around the country!! Its unlike nothing you've ever experienced!
